They are the face of Virgin Australia to our Corporate and Agency Partners, providing a critical conduit that translates strategy into partner specific outcomes. Each team member is responsible for winning or retaining high value partners by deploying targeted initiatives that nurture relationships and spearhead winning solutions.As a Partnership Specialist, you will provide expertise, guidance, and support to the team across several programs and go to market initiatives. You will govern the structure of our partner engagement plan across new and existing partners, blending automation with facilitated partner specific actions. You will also own our corporate onboarding and masterclass education programs, requiring a high level of expertise in messaging formation and virtual training/facilitation. You will help identify growth opportunities across sales, deploying targeted offers that continually deliver mutually benefiting value.Collaboration in this role is key to achieving targets, exceeding customer expectations, and nurturing loyalty, while always bringing your Virgin Flair.
