About the role : Adelaide Airport is seeking a Commercial Analyst for their Landside & Digital Business team within the Technology & Innovation department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide analytical support and insights that contribute to pricing, operational, and financial decision making.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day yield management of Adelaide Airport's car parking product range to drive revenue performance and contribute to delivering improvements in operational efficiency and customer service.
What you will do : Deliver detailed analysis and insights on commercial operations, market dynamics, customer trends, and sales performance to support decision making.Manage the car park online booking system.Manage day-to-day pricing of Adelaide Airport's car parking product range, using data-driven approaches to grow car parking revenue.Contribute to operational efficiency and customer service improvements.Become the subject matter expert in managing the airport's dynamic pricing systems.Develop and maintain appropriate analysis tools, reports, and dashboards.Assist with commercial modelling and evaluation of investment opportunities.What you bring : Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a relevant business-related degree.Experience in developing and managing financial models and reporting.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.Ability to use data from various sources to deliver meaningful insights.What sets Adelaide Airport apart : Adelaide Airport is not just an airport - it's a vibrant hub that plays a significant role in South Australia's economy.
