About This Role
CAE is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to join our team.
The role of an ISD is multifaceted and central to our training development approach.
You will oversee the development of instructional content, which will include collaborating with SMEs, multimedia developers, content development specialists, and programmers.
There may also be opportunities to conduct analyses and training system design activities as well.
The role will be based in Homebush, NSW.
The role we are offering you
Follow cyclical analyses, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes Oversee the training development process, including tracking team progress and organizing and assigning work tasks Development and adherence to delivery schedules Be the main conduit between the development team and management Our ideal candidate has:
Strong experience in computer-based training development or Instructional Design Experience working with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Strong SADL Defence experience High preference for someone with aircrew training experience Experience or tertiary degree in education, adult education, or instructional design What CAE offers you:

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
