To be successful in this role you will possess: Knowledge or interest in the telco industry Experience with supplier invoice reconciliation and contractor onboarding systems Proven experience in scheduling and managing national field service requests and contractor coordination Strong problem-solving skills, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team Quick learner who adapts well to change How will you support our Why? Schedule field installations to meet customer satisfaction and timelines Arrange Field Contractors for diagnosing and repairing faults Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for Field Contractors Negotiate service rates and review contractor invoices for reconciliation Ready to join?
