We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team in Brisbane.

Your Role:
Design & Deliver Programs: Lead high-impact programs in areas such as Leadership Development , Cultural Transformation , Organisational Reviews , and Strategic Planning .
Facilitate Coaching & Mentoring: Guide individuals and teams to achieve their full potential through tailored coaching and mentoring.
Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from executive management to operational teams.
Business Development and Strategic Relationship Management: Drive client satisfaction through thoughtful engagement and networking, ensuring long-lasting partnerships.
Who We're Looking For:
10+ years of consulting experience in one of the following areas - leadership development, change management, strategic/workforce planning, organisational design/reviews, operating model work, with a proven track record of program delivery.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders, from senior executives to frontline staff.
Capability and capacity to drive business development efforts.
