ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Katherine, Northern Territory Mobile Patrol Officers urgently required Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available 3 month deployment opportunities with remote assistance allowance provided Potential DIDO opportunities Weekday and weekend shifts available Multiple sites with significant overtime opportunities Potential earnings up to $100 000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings) ( *Potential earnings up to $100 000 p.a.
subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors) Level 5 with Allowance Wilson Security is expanding in The Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of the NT.
This growth has created new roles within our Katherine team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Responding to emergency situations WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service Skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends) Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes) Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Valid NT Security License Valid Northern Territory Driver's Licence Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
