The firm prides itself on providing expert legal services to owner-occupiers, focusing on residential transactions for both downsizers and upsizers.
The firm is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Conveyancer to join its growing team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Overview: This is a full-time role where the Senior Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a range of residential conveyancing matters, with a focus on end-to-end residential settlements.
The role involves handling approximately 10-15 settlements per week, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for clients.
Flexibility is offered with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to work 3-4 days a week in the office and the rest from home.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, primarily for owner-occupiers in the Stonnington areaOversee end-to-end settlements for approximately 10-15 clients each weekCoordinate with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful settlementsHandle back-of-house administrative tasks related to conveyancing mattersProvide expert advice and guidance on residential property transactionsUse LEAP software for case management and documentationThe Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential conveyancingExperience with LEAP software is essentialAbility to work autonomously, with a mature and proactive approach to workload managementStrong communication skills and a client-focused approachComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple settlements simultaneouslyA team player, able to collaborate effectively with other conveyancers and senior solicitorsFlexible, with the ability to work both in the office and from home as requiredWhy Join?
