Job DescriptionDevelop corporate plans for a variety of HR mattersAct to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tacticsSupervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidanceReport to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metricsIdentify short-term and long-term hiring needsDesign and operate employees' compensation and benefits packagesDefine onboarding procedures in alignment with our company cultureDetermine training plans per employee and departmentPrepare and manage division's budgetTrack recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as neededDesign and implement company policies that comply with our business objectivesMonitor adherence to internal policies and legal standardsEnsure all HR operations adhere to legal standardsSupport staff and managers on day-to-day issuesJob RequirementsProven experience as HR Manager at least for 8 yearsMSc/MA in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a mustFull understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectivesHands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management SoftwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent English Language abilityKnowledge of labor laws and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
