We'll achieve this by connecting our technology, talent and thinking.ROLE OUTLINEThe Performance Associate Manager plays a key role in the team, providing implementation & campaign management for key clients while also supporting the planning function.
You are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met.A guru in biddable operations, you drive effectiveness and efficiency gains across the department.
With a drive and passion for all things digital, you're stepping into a management role by developing key leadership skills to complement your technical prowess.KEY RELATIONSHIPSCollaborating closely with internal teamsEstablishing strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partnersFoster deep trust and understanding with agency client teamsContribute to great teamwork in your immediate teamWHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOINGPeople – 20% of your timeOversee workflow of junior team members, swiftly escalating issues as they ariseHold constructive and meaningful performance evaluation meetings with reports each month, setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievementProvide clear guidance and instruction when working with, teaching, or helping othersProduct – 40% of your timeTake the lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, including QA compliance and use of best practiceProactively identify and drive innovation and best practice opportunities within your teams.Guide and enrich advanced biddable capabilities by applying your experience via both hands-on and coachingWork with your manager to develop testing frameworks that advance our capabilitiesClient – 20% of your timeLead initiatives to improve both agency and client capabilities, working across vendors and partners to achieve successCultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at a junior and intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & buyingDevelop your skills of media planning principles, including agency practices and philosophiesCommercial – 20% of your timeEnsure all team financial and compliance processes are followed in a timely manner and with 100% accuracyMaintain a strong perspective of in-scope services for your clients, and the process for completing work above and beyond thisProvide hands-on leadership to junior staff in dealing with commercial issues, such as account queries, reconciliations, and bookingsWHAT MAKES A GREAT PERFORMANCE ASSOCIATE MANAGERAttention to detail: you display high attention to detail across all work and can spot potential issues ahead of timeOrganisation: confidently able to optimise work and supports the wider team in this planning & prioritisationTeam & collaboration: viewed as a valued member of the team, actively supporting and contributing to the efforts of other team membersCommunication: can manage conflict to a resolution, adapting communication style to both give and receive constructive feedbackAnalytical: create new and improved approaches to managing complex information and arrive at logical conclusionsFlexibility: adapts to new ideas and initiatives, displays a positive attitude in the face of ambiguity and changeProactivity / taking the initiative: work autonomously, focused on achieving resultsProblem solving: able to define complex problems, can identify optimal and alternative solutions with minimal supervisionApply now and send your CV via the link#J-18808-Ljbffr
