About the role Your impact: Our team focuses on customers that operate in the Health and Construction Services sectors.
You will be a key member of the Relationship Management team, undertaking in-depth analysis and assessment of the risks or opportunities associated with lending to new customers, as well as the risks or opportunities associated with increases in credit facilities to existing clientele.
Additionally, you will attend customer meetings/events.
What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization's goals.
Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
