We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in our waterfront Brisbane office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic engineering principles and have experience working on various traffic engineering and transportation planning projects.
Core responsibilities of the role include:Conduct intersection analysis and/or traffic modelling Analyse signal timing, parking and traffic data Design and assess road safety improvements Undertake intersection and corridor studies Document traffic impact assessments (TIAs) Prepare proposals, technical reports and presentations Manage clients and stakeholders with support
We'd also like to hear from you if you have skills in:Preparation of traffic management plans (TMPs) Development of traffic signal plans

Qualifications
The successful candidate must exhibit high-quality technical abilities in the traffic engineering and transport planning discipline and ideally will have experience with development assessment.
You will also have:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in transportation engineering Experience utilising traffic engineering software such as SIDRA, VISSIM, AutoCAD or AutoTurn Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Time management and prioritisation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
