The timeless and relaxed aesthetic of our collections glide seamlessly into her everyday life.We are on a mission to find a passionate Retail Assistant for our stunning Elka Collective store in Doncaster, VIC.In this role you:Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing customers with a unique Elka Collective experience, while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering a loyal clientele.Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets.Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards.Ensure product knowledge of apparel, footwear and accessories.Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well-organised stock room.Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required.Always maintain a positive attitude and embrace the Elka Collective culture.The skills and experience we are looking for:You have previous customer service experience (boutique experience is preferred, though not essential).You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation.You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences.You have strong communication and organisational skills.You are a great listener and use feedback constructively.Just some of the perks we offer you:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's entire stable of brandsQuarterly wardrobe allowance to encourage you to wear our brands to work.Training and development – we want you to grow and get the most out of your role.Exclusive benefits platform.Random competitions with giveaways.Employee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health Professionals for when times are tough.Quarterly engagement surveys to tell us how it's going - If you have suggestions, we're all earsFree flu vaccines (keep the nasties away
