Join us todayJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a full-time Contract Manager to oversee our operations at The University of Queensland. Based at the St Lucia campus, this person will oversee operations across the main St Lucia Campus and 21 remote sites. A company vehicle will be provided.Duties will consist of:Leading a team of Supervisors and Team LeadersLiaise with clients on variations and ensuring immediate implementationDeveloping staff, managing routines and seeking efficienciesManaging inventory and work ordersManaging site budgets and KPIsCompleting AuditsEnsuring safe work practices are front of mindLooking and working towards increasingly sustainable practicesTraining new staff on Quayclean procedure and site-specific tasksTo be a successful candidate you should have:Experience in commercial cleaning servicesDemonstrated leadership skillsWillingness to be hands-on and flexible with shift timesHigh personal presentation, good verbal and written communication skillsA valid QLD drivers' licenceA valid Police Clearance less than 12 months old (or willing to apply for one)Experience with cleaning machinery, such as carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, pressure washing, etc. is idealOpportunities for further career development are available within our highly motivated team.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a contracts manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of people management experience do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a contracts administrator?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Operating for more than a decade, Quayclean is located across Australia providing cleaning, specialty works and waste management services for some of Australia's most well-recognised major events and facilities.
