Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
My Implant Dentist, a multi award winning practice, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Lead to join our fast-paced business full time on site in South Perth.
As the lead and sole HR person for a dedicated team of 130+ staff members, the ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in all areas of HR, thrive in a high-paced environment, and bring strategic, practical, and well-researched advice and approaches to our growing organisation.
Experience in administering and managing Employment Hero is highly desirable for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding for running high-volume 360 recruitment processes efficiently and effectively Managing staff performance initiatives, including appraisals and performance improvement strategies Overseeing the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding processes for staff members Proficiently interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation Administration of digital HR repositories and records management in Employment Hero Required Experience and Skills:
Extensive experience in generalist HR management, particularly in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success in overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes swiftly and effectively Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities If you thrive in a dynamic setting, excel at multitasking, and possess a high level of attention to detail, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role at My Implant Dentist.
