New Patient Care Consultant: IVFA, Office-based, 3 days per week
IVF Australia has an established reputation for providing excellence in fertility care across its network of clinics in New South Wales.
Join us as we embark on a journey to help individuals and couples become parents.
We are advertising for the position of New Patient Care Team Consultant in the New Patient Enquiry team.
This role will be part-time Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, located within our Greenwich clinic.
As the initial point of contact for many of our patients, this role is critical in delivering excellent service and care to patients seeking support from IVF Australia and The Fertility Centre NSW and our team of medical professionals.
You will be responsible for managing enquiries from a diverse range of potential new patients and booking them in for an initial consultation.
Your ability to promote IVF Australia's services, in a caring, empathetic and compassionate way, will lead you to success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a New Patient Care Consultant, you are responsible for:
Providing high quality information on IVF Australia and The Fertility Centre Clinics in NSW and achieving new patient bookings
Answering inbound phone and web enquiries
Making outbound phone calls to follow up new patient enquiries
Using CRM software (Salesforce) to log and manage new patient opportunities
Coordinating with Fertility Specialists' rooms on new patient bookings
Effectively prioritising new patient opportunities
Contributing to team and process improvements
Success in this role is measured by how effectively our team converts new patient enquiries into bookings.
To succeed in one of these roles, you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (where a sales outcome was expected)
Ability to take on feedback and continually improve the way we interact with patients
Ability to show compassion and empathy with patients
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
Experience with CRM systems e.g.
Salesforce, is preferable
The ability to work autonomously, show initiative and have excellent prioritisation skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Ability to build, develop and maintain professional relationships within IVF Australia's multidisciplinary team
