Data Migration Developer Analyst

MUFG Americas Holdings Corporation, part of a global financial group, is searching for a Data Migration Developer Analyst.
This role is crucial for designing and developing extract, transform, and load processes, while closely collaborating with customers to understand business processes and data needs.
The position also provides essential support to business and technology departments.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Design and develop Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes for multiple platforms Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables Provide stakeholders with visibility into requirements and progress from start to finish Analyze and document migration processes Identify system limitations and capabilities to prevent issues Collaborate with Database Administrators for adequate capacity planning Ensure data migrations comply with audit requirements Participate in database upgrades and migration planning Raise defects when blockers are identified Prevent system downtime and performance issues through proper administration and maintenance procedures This role comes with the following benefits:

2-4 years experience in the Superannuation IT industry Strong SQL skills, preferably with Oracle Experience in data migration in a superannuation/pension fund environment Data mapping and data analysis skills Experience in data reconciliation and fund transfer processes Knowledge of data cleaning, updating, editing, validation, and conversion techniques Understanding of database concepts such as tables, data types, fields, and connection strings Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Structured programming methodology and data analysis skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities You would benefit from having:
