The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, risk resolution, and delivering technology solutions.
The Project Manager will collaborate with PMO members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while also contributing to team development.
Experience in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP Uplift Projects : Oversee planning and delivery of ERP systems for small non-corporate Commonwealth entities.
Project Management : Develop project documentation, manage implementation, track progress, and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and service providers.
Collaboration & Advice : Provide strategic and tactical advice, and collaborate with other PMO Project Managers to ensure resource allocation.
Continuous Improvement : Share project management expertise, mentor staff, and contribute to PMO capacity-building.
Key Criteria: Project Delivery : Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly ERP implementations.
Stakeholder Management : Strong skills in managing internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management : Ability to resolve issues and mitigate project risks.
Collaborative Teamwork : Experience working within a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
