Our Values set the way in which we work – Committed, United, Engaged and Straightforward.About your new role? As a HVAC&R Technician, you are responsible for the commissioning of Armcor HVAC&R systems while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing pipework design and fabrication.Conducting silver brazing of air conditioning components and pipework.Performing pressure testing, vacuum systems, and charging procedures.Commissioning R407C and R410A refrigerant systems, and conducting final testing for accurate operation.Installing compressor assemblies and piping for various units.Working approximately 75% in-house at our Broadmeadows location and 25% on site.Overseeing the workload and stock levels in the refrigeration department.Producing detailed commissioning reports and maintaining comprehensive records.Offering after-sales client communication, including warranty and service advice.What will make you successful? Key qualifications and attributes include:
Qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent.Proven track record in refrigeration mechanics with successful project execution.Proficiency in relevant tools and equipment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.Previous experience in HVAC or a manufacturing environment (desirable).Commitment to health, safety, and environmental protocols.Strong attention to detail.If this sounds like a role that you're interested in, we would love to hear from you.
