In conjunction with Monaro Fuel Haulage (Monaro), a related family business, the ECC & Monaro Group provides services across Australia, specialising in bulk liquids, general freight & dangerous goods.About the RoleAs a dynamically growing business across Australia, we are an industry leader in the AU Logistics Industry with a strong focus on people, safety and forging long term business relationships.
As a result, we are experiencing rapid growth within the business and forecasted future growth and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team in our Lytton Depot.In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy Depot and supervising a team to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have Supervisory experience and a trade mechanical or engineering background, preferably with Heavy Vehicle Experience.Key Responsibilities:Managing the daily operation of the workshop to ensure work is undertaken in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective mannerSupervise, lead, and motivate all workshop staff whilst ensuring clear and definitive scopes of work are provided and understoodManaging and coordinating projects within scheduled time framesMonitoring workshop efficiencies and productivityAbility to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsImplement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivityUphold company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellenceRequirements:Relevant mechanical trade qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Workshop Leadership roleProven ability to lead, motivate and manage a teamTeam player who is highly motivated, dedicated, and proactiveHands-on leader – able to get on the tools when neededHC or MC Truck License preferredTake ownership, demonstrate accountability and integrity in all that you do while providing a clear direction forward.What We Offer:ECC is a family focused company.
