About the Role
In this role, you will lead a small team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain a cutting-edge platform that has already facilitated millions in donations and thousands of volunteer hours.
You'll collaborate across teams, oversee infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and performance optimisation, and work towards ISO27001 accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of three engineers.
Design and maintain front-end and back-end systems using .Net, React, NextJS, C#, and TypeScript.
Manage infrastructure on Kubernetes and AWS.
Oversee release management, ensuring smooth deployment and rollbacks.
Drive performance optimization and address system bottlenecks.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the platform.
Contribute to creating scalable and secure solutions that empower businesses to support charities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in Full Stack Development and team leadership.
Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
