Langlands Restaurant & Bar serves delicious local cuisine and offers stunning 180-degree views of the city from the hotel's top floor.As a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry at Hyatt Centric Melbourne, you will be an essential part of the culinary team, responsible for the production of pastry items throughout the hotel. You will have the freedom to create and express yourself while producing desserts for the main restaurant, events, and café.
