Civil Engineer

Seeking an extremely motivated hands-on graduate engineer (or site engineer) to join an ever-growing company in construction foundation systems for bridges, basement car parks, shoring wall systems, retaining walls, and the likes in Sydney.
This role will provide an excellent stepping stone to practicality and first-hand experience in the world of construction for foundation works in Piling, Anchoring, Shotcreting, and Excavation.
To be considered, applicants must have:
Bachelor Degree in EngineeringIdeally have had some encounters with on-site experience during universityStrong leadership and organization qualitiesAbility to think quickly and react accordinglyGood communication and teamwork skillsProficient in AUTOCAD & Civil 3D design softwareKnowledge and experience in quantity estimationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in negotiating, supervisory, and leadership roles, combined with the ability to delegateWHS aware and competentJob Duties: Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for the teamManage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codesWork with key stakeholders (e.g., owners, developers, contractors) to ensure project completion within budget and deadlinesManage procurement, tendering, and bidding processesEstimate costs for multiple civil construction projects including quantity take-off and pricingIf you think you have the above qualifications we are looking for, please call for a quick chat.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
