Our business continues to grow because we approach change in a practical, engaging, and people-focused way... and it works. So, we are once again dipping our toe into the employment market to find another awesome Change Partner to join us.We look for skills and styles that complement our existing team, and it's for this reason that we are hoping to find someone who has some change management experience and a solid training skillset. We don't expect you to be a gun at delivering training, but a sound understanding of adult learning principles and best practice training approaches will give you the skills to guide our clients through their transformation projects.If you have played a role in training as part of a technical transformation project, then you'll understand the skill and attention that's required, why it is valuable - and what happens when it's not done wellYou will be involved in change programs from end-to-end, so don't worry about your role being too narrow; we are looking for someone who can build on their existing skills and grow into a well-rounded Change Partner. The way we work at SynergyIQ is to pair all our Change Partners with an experienced Lead Consultant; so while you will have a high degree of autonomy and trust, you will also have a key person (and our broader network) to call on for support.A bit about usOur approach to change has seen us work with clients across a range of sectors to deliver change programs, as well as help them grow their internal change capabilities.At SynergyIQ, we want to be THE place for great change professionals like you.
