About the Role The Capability Change Lead helps design, deliver and drive capability, change & communication initiatives to support the delivery of the people stream of the Non-Financial Risk Capability uplift across Institutional.
This may include activities such as planning/facilitating and/or supporting capability interventions, establishing/improving and/or executing capability frameworks/processes, governance and tracking/analytics; designing and/or executing capability & learning programs supporting Non-Financial risk (NFR) capability and cultural transformation.
The role will work closely with Senior Stakeholders across Institutional, project teams as well as Talent & Culture & Communication teams across ANZ to ensure alignment of messaging, project milestones and deliverables.
This role is critical to uplift capability and cultural transformation across Non-Financial Risk across Institutional.
Role Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Role Type: 12 month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
What will your day look like? As the Capability Change Lead, you will:
Design frameworks & interventions to ensure pipeline of skills & capability uplift in NFR across all locations globally.Develop and execute an engagement & communication plan to support cultural transformation across NFR.Deliver to strategy through curation, design, development & delivery of interventions at scale with a focus on accelerating NFR Capability and cultural transformation.Develop and contribute to employee experience & learning journey.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Good collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with ability to achieve results through others including influencing stakeholders on topics of change, communication & capability.Strong problem solving skills encompassing problem definition & analysis, user/stakeholder consultation; desktop research, option and solution development, implementation & evaluation.Strong operational, project and process management to establish/manage simple, user-centric robust processes, governance & monitoring mechanisms, data evaluation approaches etc; Human Centred Design / continuous improvement practices experience is desirable.Demonstrated experience in one or more people development domains eg: course content curation and design (digital focus), change & workforce management, learning & capability development solutions.Good data skills – the ability to structure, analyse and manipulate data sets (proficient in Excel) – advanced is desirable.Strong communication skills including written, visual and spoken.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
