Full timeLead a cleaning and trolley collection team.Develop your leadership skills by taking on all people-related tasks for your team and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide outstanding service. This is a full-time salaried role and is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work across early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends.Welcome to the Proactive Services TeamHere at Woolies, we have a team called Proactive Services that ensures trolleys are available to use and that our stores are in pristine condition - this enables our Customers (and your colleagues) to experience an environment that is hygienically clean to work and shop in. You'll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.What you'll doLead and develop a team, ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.Coach and train your team, developing their skills in trolley collection, cleaning and waste support.Create a roster for your team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered.Work with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities.Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.Order all consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budget.Provide cleaning, trolley collection and waste management services.What you'll bringAmbitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people.Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.A good eye for cleanliness and small details.Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.The ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.Organised to ensure your team has all the equipment and supplies they need to work safely and efficiently.Comfortable working with a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conducts etc).A valid full Australian drivers licence (Green P's or full licence) is essential.What you'll experienceTeam discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.An attractive remuneration package including base + super.A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Endless possibilities with Woolworths GroupWe're a proud part of the Woolworths Group - 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together connected by a shared Purpose - 'to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.'Everyone belongs at Woolworths GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
