Current opportunities exist for those seeking employment on a permanent basis.
As a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant you will adopt a holistic approach to develop, implement, and evaluate 'best practice' programs designed specifically for our Consumers.
Minimum Requirements:Certificate IV in Leisure and HealthCreativity with ability and knowledge of and understanding of effective engagement for groups and individualsResidential aged care experienceDemonstrated knowledge and skills in documentationDemonstrated ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs for groups and individual therapyExcellent organisation and time management skillsPrevious experience in the delivery and effective implementation of leisure programsCreative and cognitive based skills to run effective and stimulating groupsLife skills will be highly regardedAbout us: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
