Position Staff Specialist Anaesthetist for a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Excellent remuneration in excess of $450k dependent on level.

Opportunities to pursue private practice at the Hospital is also available.
Sub-specialty interests can be facilitated (eg chronic pain, ICU).
Working in a collaborative team environment, the Staff Specialist Anaesthetist provides exceptional anaesthetic services within a multi-disciplinary team of medical officers and nursing staff to patients of the Hospital.
Key responsibilities of the role include providing specialist-level anaesthetic services, fostering of relationships with colleagues and other hospital specialists, provide clinical leadership, supervision and teaching of junior medical staff, participate actively in audits, clinical meetings and safety activities.
Hospital This is a Tertiary Teaching Hospital that provides a range of Acute Services including Emergency, Maternity, Intensive Care, General Medicine and Surgery, Medical Imaging, Pathology, Dialysis, Mental Health (Inpatient and community services) and a range of Ambulatory Services.
The Hospital is affiliated with Universities for the provision of undergraduate and postgraduate Medical, Nursing and Allied Health education.
Affiliations also exist for clinical placement and training.
Location Set on the banks of the magnificent Murray River, only an hours' flight from cosmopolitan Melbourne, with direct flights to a number of metropolitan cities.
The location is renowned for its big skies and rich earth and offers a Mediterranean climate and relaxed lifestyle.

Substantially Comparable ANZCA requiring peer review/ International doctors looking to be assessed.
