About the position We're on the lookout for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and real impact.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position based in our newly built Murdoch hub.
As a Clinical Lead, you will: Make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability by supporting them to achieve their goals.Provide contemporary, evidence-based therapy services, underpinned by a strength-based, person/family-centred philosophy.Connect with other team members to support the customers you work with.Play a critical role in helping the team to drive growth and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.Benefits: Non-profit organisation salary packaging benefits up to a maximum of $18,550.3 wellness days per year.Leave loading, paid parental leave, return from parental leave bonuses and an employee assistance program.Flexible working arrangements.You will be supported by a Therapy Team Leader and other experienced Clinical Leads.
With a large and experienced team around you, peer mentoring, informal and formal professional development opportunities, and a positive learning culture, you will be able to provide an excellent service to customers.About you Minimum 5 years experience in Physiotherapy.A relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.Strong understanding of contemporary, disability-specific therapy supports across the lifespan, including assessments, interventions, reporting, and case management.Outcomes-focused, with an evidence-based approach to service delivery and documentation that meets funding requirements.Effective team player, collaborating and contributing to business goals, while mentoring peers and sharing expertise.Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's License, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, Current First Aid Certificate and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.To Apply If you like what we're about and think you'll be a good fit, we'd love to meet you
