We're committed to working with industry, our customers, partners and communities to find new opportunities that will support and strengthen our rail network for the benefit of WA.Job DescriptionThe OpportunityOur team based in Kwinana, are looking for a Leading Hand - Track to direct a team delivering rail maintenance on Arc Infrastructure's rail network.
In the role of a Leading Hand you will be responsible for a skilled and experienced team undertaking critical maintenance works on the freight rail infrastructure throughout Kwinana and surrounds.
It's a very physical job including a lot of manual handling so you must be willing to get your hands dirty.
The current roster is 5 days on and 2 days off, there may be a requirement to work away from home and some weekends.The role is based in Kwinana and we are looking for candidates that live in Kwinana (or surrounds).About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Significant experience in rail permanent way and maintenanceCERT III in Rail Infrastructure or equivalentCurrent valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence (MR/CN/LF desirable)Working at Arc InfrastructureWorking with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
