Job Description What will a day could involve:
Manage and deliver local transport and road projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery for projects.
Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and assist in project delivery across various sectors.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines.
Apply civil engineering expertise to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.
Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Develop project leadership and design management skills while influencing office culture.
Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.

What are we looking for from you?

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CPEng or working towards it.
Working knowledge of transport infrastructure design principles and Australian standards (e.g.
Austroads Guide to Road Design).
Approx 12+ years experience delivering transport/road projects in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
Project management experience including client engagement, proposals, and design management.
Strong engineering judgement with experience leading design and development.
