The Role Step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager and be at the heart of creating memorable experiences.
You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading shifts and ensuring operational excellence.
Maintaining high standards for food, service, and guest satisfaction.
Coaching and motivating team members to reach their potential.
Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
Supporting the team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Skills & Experience To thrive in this role, you'll bring: Leadership experience in casual dining or fast-paced environments (preferred but not essential).
The ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Availability to work flexible rotating rosters, including weekends.
A hands-on, team-focused approach to leadership.
