Job Description
This role involves the implementation of organisation-wide integrity strategies, programs, and systems, with a focus on managing associated risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the execution and continuous improvement of integrity strategies within diverse environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing ethical practices and regulatory compliance at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement group wide business integrity compliance framework, identify areas for continuous improvement and enhancement of strategies, programs, systems and processes.
Serve as the primary contact of business integrity for the Senior Leadership Team and provide leadership for the group business integrity team.
Prioritise multiple projects and responsibilities, efficiently and effectively deliver high performing programs, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various senior stakeholders.
Advise business leaders on ethics and compliance matters and support decision-making.
Facilitate relationships with key stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
Function budget oversight and vendor management.
Qualifications:
Background in legal, risk, compliance, or investigations.
Performance-driven with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.
Demonstrated ethical mindset and ability to serve as a trusted integrity advisor to the business.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams (essential).
Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively (essential).
Skilled in conflict resolution and managing sensitive situations.
