Responsibilities: As our Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing key growth initiatives and campaigns, as outlined by our executive team.
Your role will involve:
Setting up and managing ads across different platforms to reach targeted audiences Running webinars and other engaging events for prospective customers Tracking and reporting on the success of these initiatives to optimise and maximise growth impact Preferred Experience: We're looking for someone with:
Experience in sales or marketing, especially in lead generation and conversion A proven track record in executing successful campaigns that drive measurable outcomes Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta ads, etc.)
and/or experience running webinars Qualities We Value: We're a team driven by success, and we'd love for you to bring:

However, if there are in-person events or seminars, you will be required to attend in person at our Point Cook learning centre.
