Join MUFG Corporate Markets as our Manager, Data Migrations and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes across our business.
Location: Parramatta, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD About the RoleAs the Manager, Data Migrations, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering critical data migration services in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Leveraging your expertise in data technologies and leadership, you'll ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our data migration landscape.
You'll also foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Focus Develop data migration strategies aligned with organizational goals.Support the Corporate Markets technology roadmap and programs.Drive continuous improvement across data migration and ETL processes.Optimize team performance and deliver cost-efficient outcomes.People Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring technical expertise and engagement.Identify and address training needs to upskill team members.Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development.Operational Management Oversee ETL processes across multiple platforms and ensure high-quality data migrations.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of migration services.Develop and document test procedures to achieve accurate reconciliation and business outcomes.Recommend and implement improvements to ETL tools and processes.Governance & Risk Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.Own and resolve risk and audit items related to data migration.Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.About YouTo excel in this role, you'll bring:
