Performatec seeks an experienced Management Accountant to provide the director and management team with financial insights that align with the strong growth occurring across the business.
This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in Performatec's strategy to revolutionize the machine sales landscape.
As our Management Accountant, you will be responsible for: Providing financial insights, preparing budgets, managing forecasts, and monitoring the financial performance of Performatec.Managing a small team overseeing all aspects of transactional finance activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.Providing insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making.Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business efficiency.Preparing budgets and financial forecasts.Monitoring budget adherence and providing variance analysis with actionable recommendations.Working with department heads to understand and manage budget requirements.Collaborating with stakeholders to support the annual budget and forecast process.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.Demonstrating our company's values in daily work, ensuring integrity, collaboration, and excellence in all tasks and interactions.If your skills and interests align with our available position, we would be delighted to hear from you.
