Currently, we have boutiques in Sydney, Melbourne and Gold Coast.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Ambassador to join our team at Melbourne Russel Street boutique in Melbourne CBD. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop every sales opportunity that can arise.Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions.Perform daily stock take and sales reports.Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team.Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.Promote CRM activities.Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times (e.g.
cleanliness, safety, security, etc.
).Profile: Previous experience with minimum 2-3 years as Sales Ambassadors; track record in sales within a luxury retail environment preferred.Experience with high jewelry and timepiece experience highly regarded.Result driven and ability to work towards sales targets.Client centric and exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective.High integrity with good ethics and values.A team player with a can-do attitude.The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and commission structure.
