This is a rare opportunity to secure a project support/coordinator role with ongoing development and upskilling.
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Road Surfacing Project Support Coordinator/Scheduler to manage and oversee our surfacing project allocation from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project support, project administration, allocation, and/or scheduling within the construction industry, with a focus on road surfacing.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule people, equipment, product, and subcontractor for road surfacing projects, ensuring timely completion.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project programs.Monitor project programs and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure all resources are allocated to the project.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Maintain accurate project programs.Communicate with clients, suppliers, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.Experience Required: Previous experience in asphalt operations or coordination is required.Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer: Competitive $$$.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Commitment to safety and quality in all projects.How to Apply:If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Road Surfacing Project Coordinator, please submit your resume and a cover letter via the application process
