Here's what the job looks like (be warned, it's not for the faint of heart):Day-to-dayDigital MarketingWork with our CEO to develop digital marketing strategiesOversee digital marketing activities and report on outcomesTake ownership and implement digital marketing activities from end to endEngage and lead external agencies and consultants as requiredSocial Media MarketingOversee and coordinate social media activity business-wideCoordinate external agencies for maximum outcomesReview and report on outcomes and execute strategyTake day-to-day initiatives to extract the best outcomes across platformsEmail MarketingWork with internal and external stakeholders to execute email strategiesWork closely with our CEO to extract the best possible outcomes from CRMEvent ManagementCoordinate in-person and online events year-roundEngage external parties where necessary for the best outcomesDevelop and execute sponsorship opportunitiesRun events and connect with our highly engaged communityAbove-the-line media & MarketingNo experience necessaryWork closely with our CEO to learn our media buying strategiesCommunicate daily with media outletsOpen to learn and take on new challengesPlease provide a short cover letter telling us why you would be a cracking fit for the role.
