Eastside Mitsubishi is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Cadet / Experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Do you have a background in sales, retail, call-center or hospitality?Currently selling vehicles and looking to make a change?5 day working week – Family ownedWe are one of Melbourne's most established high-volume dealerships and are looking to add to our sales team.

Experience in automotive sales is NOT essential if you are a good communicator, enthusiastic, honest, and ambitious about this opportunity.
The successful applicant will ideally have the following attributes: A background in a customer-facing / phone sales roleGreat communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbalProcess-oriented and self-disciplined with a desire to succeedFlexibility to work 5 days – Including SaturdaysValid driver's licenseIn return we offer: 5 day work week - No Sunday tradingFully maintained company vehicle or car allowanceOngoing training and supportEmployee benefits – Discounted vehicle purchasing for family membersOpportunity for growth within the dealership groupBecome a part of a well-rounded team that focuses on providing a great customer experience and delivering high customer satisfaction results.
