Sales - Inbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)Take the next step in your sales and customer service career with Narangba TimbersWe're searching for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team.
If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for youWhat You'll Be DoingAnswering a large volume of calls and managing inbox sales enquiries in a timely and professional mannerCross-selling and up-selling products to reach individual KPIs and business targetsCreating quotes, sales orders and raising purchase orders through MYOB AcumaticaLiaising with suppliers daily, understanding lead times and applying price margins for Special Order enquiriesProviding a high level of customer service while maintaining attention to detail when processing ordersThe hours of work for this role are 7:30/8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.What You Bring to the TableDemonstrated experience in meeting sales KPIsAbility to retain a range of product knowledge and apply this knowledge to support customers' needs and provide advice on best timber practicesExperience in multitasking within a high-volume sales environment using effective time and task management skillsEffective oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on listening to customers and tactful questioning to understand their requirementsA proactive attitude to customers by being able to follow our Sales Playbook processesAbility to adapt to change with a positive mindsetExperience with Colorbond products or within the timber industry will be highly regardedWhy You'll Love It HereFriday Breakfasts on Us – Start your day with a team mealBonus Program - A structure that is achievable so you receive the rewards from your effortsRecognition Program – Be our Team Member of the Month and score gift card prizesCareer Growth – We support skills growth and career opportunitiesConvenient Location – We're based in NarangbaGreat Discounts on our timber productsJoin a Recognised Team – We were finalists for Customer Service Excellence at the Moreton Bay Business Awards 2023.
