As our Business Manager, you will be pivotal in streamlining our business operations, spearheading innovation, and driving automation within the administrative team.
You will be part of a young, dynamic senior leadership team within a growing family business that values collaboration, forward-thinking solutions, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the administrative services team and ensuring efficient, smooth day-to-day operations, including finance and human resources.
Driving the implementation of innovative processes and automation to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Managing and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Working closely with leadership to align administrative functions with overall business goals.
Developing and implementing systems that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve productivity across the business.
