Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm.We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual and Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in our Brisbane office who demonstrates exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus, is self-motivated and goal-oriented, and has the ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking.This hybrid role will primarily be responsible for the management of on-site AV facilities, both on the client floor and internal meeting rooms, as well as managing, overseeing, and co-coordinating webinars/events.
The secondary responsibility of this role is to provide hands-on technical Desktop Support assistance to the firm and help it meet its goals and objectives.At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.Key Responsibilities:Manage all AV requests for events, client meetings, seminars, education sessions, interviews, and ad hoc requestsResponsible for operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipmentManage and co-ordinate team members for national AV requestsIdentify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementationLiaise with staff to ensure all AV requests are prepared and tested in preparation for all meetings and eventsMonitor and co-ordinate live events to ensure all staff experience a professional and quality AV experienceResolve and provide proactive support and attention to logged IT ticket requests from usersConduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and softwareIdentify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systemsManage staff movements and allocation of equipment as well as the purchasing, allocation, and recording mobile phone and technology loan fleetProvide support on calls allocated from National Help desk and participate in technology projectsRequired Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client serviceTime management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressureStrong attention to detail producing accurate work in a timely mannerAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamPreferred Qualifications and Experience:Experience with Zoom and MS Teams RoomsExperience managing an AV environmentDemonstrated Desktop Support experience, ideally gained within a professional services environmentVendor certification in one or more relevant technologiesITIL Foundation certificate.About us:Corrs Chambers Westgarth is Australia's leading independent law firm.
