Using your skills in both administration and project coordination, you will assist our Sydney Consultants (and wider team) to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support.This is a full-time position; however, we are open to part-time with the successful candidate being available on Mondays and Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :Welcoming visitors and clients at receptionAnswering and transferring phone calls, mail distribution and courier bookingsData entry and record keeping for the businessBooking and setting up meeting rooms, ordering refreshmentsAssistance with weekly office purchasesProcessing of staff expense reimbursementsMonthly corporate credit card reconciliationAssistance with travel and accommodation bookingsAssistance with entering and tracking office vehicle logbook detailsAssistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and bindingAssistance with coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings, SLR sponsored industry events and office social eventsAssistance with project managers in drafting proposals and tenders including compiling, reviewing, formatting and submission of documentsGeneral support to the Office Manager, other managers and technical support staff as requiredSkills and experienceYou will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in these areas.
Experience within consulting / professional services or an interest in an environmental solutions firm will be advantageous.The ideal candidate will have :Great organisational skills / multitasking abilitiesPositive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks with proven ability to take the initiativeAdvanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Proven experience with administration and project coordinationProfessional presentation and working within a professional environmentOur benefits at SLR includeOur culture is unique where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
