We're looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to be part of our Communications & Engagement Directorate.As a key member in our Marketing team, you will:Provide strategic marketing advice to build and implement marketing communications and campaigns in line with business needs, including in regard to digital marketing, SEO and website.Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns.Evaluate and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness and optimisation of marketing communications activities and projects including suggesting and implementing improvements.Write copy for and proof promotional materials, advertising and campaigns.Coordinate and execute social media and email marketing campaigns, including email creation, managing contact databases and overseeing approval and engagement processes.Collaborate with team members to upskill and equip relevant school staff on contemporary marketing practices, strategies and with promotional and reputational management tools.Provide support to the Marketing Manager.RequirementsDegree in Marketing or Digital Communications field.Minimum four years of marketing/digital experience, preferably in an education or community setting.Proven track record in developing successful campaigns and achieving goals.Strong understanding and application of strategic marketing principles within specific contexts.Demonstrated understanding of a variety of marketing platforms, including digital marketing.Ability to create, implement, and review effective marketing plans.Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment.Proficient in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies.Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including school principals and media agencies.Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).Capable of efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.Selection criteriaRespond to the following criteria including some specific examples to demonstrate the impact of your work:Development and management of marketing plans.Your role and success with campaigns and achieving goals.Marketing in a variety of platforms, including digital marketing.Creative thinking in a process-oriented environment.Gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies.Stakeholder relationship structures.Managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.Your applicationYour application will include the following:Cover letter and selection criteria response (this application letter should be no longer than three pages).A copy of your CV.At Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), you'll not only be a part of a vibrant work environment but also contribute to the Catholic ethos, and continuously learn and grow.The BenefitsAs a valued CSPD employee, you can benefit from up to 25% off school fees for your children enrolled in our schools.
