Working with a multi-disciplinary team located within Robina Private Hospital, you will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services and supporting patient care. This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that will open doors to future opportunities.
Your Duties Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy productsCoordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, discharge and day appointmentsConduct medication histories, medication chart reviews and medication reconciliationDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer serviceSupport and educate patients, carers, hospital staff on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines About You
