Combined with this market penetration is our international presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region, the United States, and EMEA.ScopeThe Corporate Finance team is looking to add a Senior Associate or Vice President in Sydney.As a Senior Associate / Vice President, you support new business development and engagements.
You will work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancing and leveraged buyouts.The environment at Houlihan Lokey is collegial and entrepreneurial and, as such, rewards staff with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals and clients.
