Job Description Join our team as a Mechanical Tradesperson

We are currently offering a permanent full-time position for a Mechanical Tradesperson in our workshop, working a four-day week.
We are looking for someone with workshop experience such as fitting and turning and/or experience in an industrial or production environment.

Our Mill features a wide variety of equipment, from older models to newer industrial equipment, keeping your days varied.
Specifically, this position works in a close-knit group of tradespeople with varied experience and the opportunity to learn new skills in a fun and productive environment.
Whilst you will be working out of our 'Top Shop' workshop, there will be opportunities to get out into the broader Mill, including on 'Shut days' where you will have the opportunity to be exposed to different environments.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
A strong commitment to safety.
A Certificate III in a relevant trade (Certificate IV desirable).
Experience working in a diverse team environment.
Availability to participate in an on-call roster.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach.
Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy industry experience are highly desirable.
