Right now, we're bridging two worlds as we accelerate to more sustainable energy sources, while helping our customers provide the energy, chemicals and resources that society needs now.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you'll do:Oversee the successful execution of all projects within the contract.Provide visible and effective HSE guidance while participating in the communication and resolution of HSE issues and incidents.Identify and communicate customer requirements to maintain and build healthy customer relationships throughout the life of the contract.Facilitate the development of team members while effectively managing their workload and forecasting/managing resource requirements.Drive value creation processes that support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the contract.Provide clear management and direction on the contract strategy through business planning and strategic discussions with the customer and the wider Worley business in Australia and internationally where required.Increase the overall value of the contract for both the customer and Worley through the provision of value-add services that are aligned with the customer's changing business requirements.What you'll have:Excellent people management skills such as leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills.Proven project delivery leadership experience in a brownfield environment.Extensive related experience, including project management, MMM, onsite brownfields environments.Onsite practical safety leadership skills.University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Why you should applyCompetitive remuneration & employee benefits.Take advantage of our global online learning platformEnjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
