WiZDOM is a high-volume mortgage brokerage business looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic finance professional that wants to take their career to another level.
Our Brokers are consistently writing between $20-$50 million per year each in Mortgage Business with a strong lead generation source of educated investors.
We are not property marketers and do not sell property.
Strong Branding and Web presence Consistent business opportunity Work alongside specialist Accountants, Solicitors, and SMSF/Risk Advisors Nationwide marketing and educational seminars Client retention and compliance systems Best practice systems for high volume brokers Mentor, coaching, and education in the real estate and finance industries Marketing assistance in the development of your own referral relationships Flexible working arrangements Opportunity and support to grow your own business within our business Role Requirements
Must have at least 3 years current lending experience Genuine interest in property investment Proven in providing exceptional customer service Desire to take a whole of life, strategic lending business partner approach with your clients Adopter of new technology Ability to control the whole client experience from Sale to Settlement Strong desire to achieve and be self-directed WiZDOM offers multiple models in a Commission Only environment.
