Wilson Security operates in a wide range of sectors and is committed to shaping the future of security by offering innovative and sustainable solutions that create enduring value for our people, customers, and the communities we operate in.Wilson Security's journey towards a more sustainable and responsible future is brought to life through our core values of Care, Innovation, Accountability, and Integrity as well as the principles of ESG excellence.ABOUT THE ROLES:* Location: Port Melbourne* Full-time role* Level 4 role* Control Room positionDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Control room security duties* Excellent customer service skills* Be a lateral thinker in solving issues that may arise* Have an understanding of communication lines and chain of command* Have an understanding of emergency and alarm response protocols including fire systems* Protect and maintain security & integrity of building and infrastructure* Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports* Be well presented and well-spoken* Have good IT skillsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* Valid VIC Security License with control room* Valid VIC Driver's Licence* Current First Aid* Strong Customer Service Skills* Proactive and problem-solving mindset* Willing and able to support and step up as required into other roles* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously* Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports* Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
